These terms govern your use of radomira.online. They are short on purpose, because the site does very little: it publishes articles, it stores nothing about you, and it sells you nothing.

By reading this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. No account, registration or payment is required or possible, so there is nothing for you to cancel.

2. What this site provides

radomira.online publishes editorial guides about video games. The content is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it is not an offer to sell anything. Nothing here creates a contract between you and us beyond these terms.

3. Accuracy and change

We write about games that are updated frequently. We verify what we publish against the developer’s and publisher’s own material and we say plainly in the text when a detail could not be verified. Even so, information here may become outdated between updates. Where this site and the rights holder’s own published information disagree, the rights holder’s information prevails. Always check prices, availability, system requirements and age ratings on the official store page for your platform before you act.

4. Partner links

Some links on this site are commercial and are labelled “Partner link”. If you use one and then register an account or spend money with the advertiser, the advertiser may pay CRANBERG COMPANY s.r.o. a commission.

5. Third-party sites

Links leave this site. We do not control, operate or endorse the sites they lead to, and we are not responsible for their content, their terms, their pricing or how they handle your data. Once you leave radomira.online, the destination’s own terms and privacy policy apply to you, not ours.

6. No user accounts, no submissions

This site has no login, no comment section, no forum, no newsletter and no contact form. We do not accept unsolicited content for publication. If you email us a correction, we may act on it and publish the corrected text, but we will not publish your message or your name without asking you first.

7. Intellectual property

All text, layout, code and illustrations on this site are original work owned by CRANBERG COMPANY s.r.o. and protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links freely, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Systematic copying, republication of whole articles, or reuse of the diagrams requires our written permission.

Third-party names and marks appearing on this site belong to their owners and are used for identification only, as set out in the legal notice.

We make no promise that the site will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any page at any time. Because the site stores nothing about you, this costs you nothing.

This site is written for a general adult readership and contains no age-restricted material. The games we write about carry their own age ratings, which are shown on the store listing for each platform and country; those ratings, not this site, are what governs who may buy or install a game.

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time you read it is the one that applies, and the date at the top records when it was last reviewed.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer protections under the law of your country of residence in the European Union are unaffected. The competent authority for consumer matters in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Praha 2.
