Privacy policy

This site was built to collect as close to nothing as a website can. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising pixel and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. This page explains the small amount of processing that remains, why it is lawful, and what you can require of us.

Last reviewed: 23 September 2026. This policy is written under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing.

2. What this site does not do

Stated plainly, so that it can be checked rather than believed:

It sets no cookies of any kind — not first-party, not third-party, not “essential”.
It uses no localStorage, no sessionStorage and no IndexedDB.
It runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no server-side analytics product, no heatmaps, no session recording.
It loads no advertising or conversion pixel, from any network.
It performs no fingerprinting of your browser, device, fonts or canvas.
It makes no third-party requests. No web fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded videos, no social widgets, no external scripts. Everything the page loads comes from this domain.
It has no contact form, no newsletter, no comments and no user accounts. The contact page deliberately has no form, because a form would collect data.
It does not sell, rent or share personal data. There is none to sell.
It carries out no profiling and no automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. What is processed, and why

3.1 Server access logs

Like essentially every web server, the server that delivers this site records each request it handles. A log entry contains your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the HTTP status returned, the amount of data sent, the user agent string your browser sends, and the referrer where your browser supplies one. An IP address is personal data, so we tell you about this rather than pretending the site processes nothing at all.

Purpose: Operating the server, diagnosing faults, and detecting and defending against attacks and abuse.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure. We have weighed this against your interests: the data is not used to build a profile, is not combined with anything else, is not used for advertising or analytics, and is not shared for any commercial purpose.
Retention: Log files are kept for a short period for operational and security purposes and are then deleted or overwritten in the normal rotation of the server. We do not archive them and we do not mine them.
Recipients: Our hosting provider, which operates the server for us as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. Logs are not passed to anyone else, except where a Czech public authority requires it by law.

3.2 Email you choose to send us

If you write to info@radomira.online, we process your email address, your name if you give one, and whatever you put in the message.

Purpose: Reading and answering your message; acting on corrections; keeping a record of complaints.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest, and yours, in handling correspondence you started. Where you are exercising a GDPR right, Article 6(1)(c) — our legal obligation to respond.
Retention: As long as needed to deal with the matter, and then for as long as we may need it to show that we handled it properly. Correspondence with no continuing purpose is deleted.
Recipients: The provider of our email service, as a processor. Nobody else.

Email is not a confidential medium. Please do not send us sensitive personal information; we do not need any, and there is no reason for us to hold it.

3.3 What happens when you use a partner link

Links marked “Partner link” lead to an advertiser’s site. We do not track that click and we do not record it. What actually happens is this:

If the address of the page you are on already contains advertising campaign parameters — for example utm_source, gclid or msclkid, which are added by the ad platform that brought you here — a small script on this page copies those same parameters into the partner link’s address, so the advertiser can attribute the visit. Nothing is stored and nothing is transmitted to us. The script only rewrites the link you are about to click.
When you click, your browser goes to a short redirect page on this domain and then to the advertiser. Your browser will send the advertiser your IP address, your user agent and a referrer indicating that you came from radomira.online. That is how any link on the web works.
From that moment on, the advertiser’s privacy policy applies, not ours. The advertiser may well set its own cookies and run its own tracking. We have no control over, and no visibility into, what it does.

If you would rather not pass campaign parameters on, go to the advertiser’s site directly instead of using the link. Nothing on this site requires you to use a partner link.

4. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area for our own purposes. Our hosting and email are operated within the EU/EEA. If you choose to follow a link to a third-party site, any transfer that occurs after that is between you and that site.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
erasure of your data, where the conditions in Article 17 are met;
restriction of processing in the cases listed in Article 18;
data portability for data you provided, where Article 20 applies;
object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interest;
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, write to info@radomira.online or to CRANBERG COMPANY s.r.o., náměstí Antonína Pecáka 7, Točná, 143 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic. We respond within one month, and will tell you if we need the extension that Article 12(3) allows. There is no charge.

A practical note: because we keep no identifiers, no accounts and no analytics profiles, in most cases we will not be able to find anything about you at all beyond a short-lived server log entry that we cannot reliably connect to you. That is a feature of the design, not an evasion, and we will tell you so honestly if it is the answer.

6. Complaints to the supervisory authority

You may complain to the Czech supervisory authority:

If you live in another EU member state, you may instead complain to your own national data protection authority.

7. Children

This site is a general-audience publication and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone, of any age, beyond the server logs described above.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. It holds no database of readers, no accounts and no payment data, which removes most of what could be breached in the first place.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change what the site does, we will change this page and update the review date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something while leaving this text as it is.
